What is the completion of this quote? It seems to me it something gaelic, and that it has to do with them going awry.
Also, who said it?

Your quotation is from a poem by Scottish poet Robert Burns, "To A Mouse, On Turning Her Up In Her Nest With The Plough," 1785.
"But, Mousie, thou art no thy lane,
In proving foresight may be vain;
The best-laid schemes o' mice an 'men Gang aft agley,
