The difference between the right letter and the wrong letter is three days.

Anyone know who said that? I thought it was Abraham Lincoln but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I had thought it was his policy because of the unsent letters found after his death which bore no resemblance to the letters he actually sent.

Thanks!
Glen
