Hi, great site!

Just wanted to point out that, while R. A. Butler did indeed write a book entitled The Art of the Possible, he wasn't the first to refer to politics in this way.

It was Otto von Bismarck (1815–1898) who originally stated that "Politik ist die Kunst des Möglichen"; Bartleby gives 1867 as the year.

Butler, also a notable statesman, is famous for several sayings; and indeed other sites do not refer to his book.
