It says that it allows for 255 characters.
According to MS Word, the quote I'm trying to insert in my signature line is only 55 characters, but I keep getting this:
Your signature is too long.
when I try to enter it.
Any ideas as to why?
Thanks.
J.

Word tends to put all kinds of extra stuff in when pasting to HTML - try this:
1. paste into Notepad.
2. Copy and paste from there.
Hopefully that should work.

Thanks.
The problem seems to be that it IS too long.
I was confusing characters with words.
While mine is only 55 words, you count by charactrers, not words.
I've got to find a shorter quote, I guess.
It's hard to do in just 255 characters....

Suggestion - use paint and type your quote in there, save as a picture file and use the picture file as your signature. As Professor Logic shows, it allows as much space as you would like to an image file.
